Listening Matters has an extensive stock of many products. Products that are in stock are typically delivered within 3 days. For products that are not in stock, the delivery time varies. Therefore, we advise you to contact us when placing your order to find out the correct delivery time. If there is any change in this delivery time, you will be continuously informed until the moment of delivery.
While Listening Matters strives to provide stock and delivery time information as accurately as possible, these data may change continuously. Therefore, the stated delivery times and stock statuses are always indicative, and no rights can be derived from them.
For products that are not in stock, an exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed. Instead, an estimated delivery time is provided. The actual delivery time may vary, but we aim to complete the delivery within 30 days.
At Listening Matters, you can have your order delivered in two ways:
Self Pickup: You can choose to pick up your order yourself at our store. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification, and you can come to collect it. If you haven't received a notification yet, it means your order is not yet ready and cannot be picked up.
Home Delivery: You can also choose to have your order delivered to your home. This is the slower method if you want to receive your order directly at home.
