Payment methods

When placing an online order, you can use the payment options iDeal and Credit card (Mastercard and Visa). In our physical store, we accept payments in cash, by debit card, or with Credit card (Mastercard and Visa). If you choose to pay at home upon installation, you can pay in cash, by debit card, or in advance via bank transfer.

iDeal:
iDeal provides a simple, fast, and secure way of online payment within your own trusted internet banking environment. Once you pay with iDeal, we can immediately process and handle your order.

Mastercard:
Holders of a Mastercard credit card can pay online or in-store with their Mastercard. All credit card details are encrypted and transmitted via an SSL-secured server, and we utilize Mastercard SecureCode to ensure the security of online payments. There are no additional costs for paying with a credit card, and it allows us to process your online order immediately.

Visa:
Holders of a Visa credit card can pay online or in-store with their Visa card. All credit card details are encrypted and transmitted via an SSL-secured server, and we use Verified by Visa to ensure the security of online payments. There are no additional costs for paying with a credit card, and it allows us to process your online order immediately.

When paying with a Credit card, your card will only be charged upon delivery, allowing you to pay afterwards. Regardless of the chosen payment method, we do not charge any additional fees. All online payments are processed via an SSL-secured server.

Payment period

For both online purchases and purchases in the store, payment is required upon delivery or prior to delivery. However, there may be exceptions for business customers with regular orders or for deliveries within projects where a different payment term has been agreed upon.

Daily limit

If you're planning to make a large purchase and intend to pay with your PIN card at a payment terminal, make sure to check if your daily limit is sufficient. This limit is not the same as your balance but is a security limit set by banks. Typically, this limit ranges between €2,000 and €2,500, depending on the bank. If you need to pay a higher amount, you may consider requesting to temporarily increase your daily limit for that specific day.

Refunds

If you receive a refund after returning an item, it will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the cancellation of the agreement. We will refund the money using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless you have specifically indicated otherwise. In any case, we do not charge any fees for this refund. If the refund is made via bank transfer and we do not have your account details, we will ask you to provide them. If you have not yet received the refund, please contact us.
