All prices mentioned on the website include 21% VAT. With every purchase in-store or online, you will always receive a confirmation showing the VAT amount clearly stated. This confirmation also serves as your warranty certificate.

Orders

We've made ordering products online as easy as possible. Once you've found the desired product or products, you can add them to your shopping cart by clicking the button. You can choose to continue shopping or view your shopping cart once you've added all desired items. Here, you can still adjust the quantity of products if necessary. Then, during the checkout process, you can choose between pickup or shipping. If you opt for shipping or pickup, after filling in your personal details, you can confirm the order, after which you can pay online with your preferred payment method.

Changing or cancelling orders

During the processing period of your order, it's possible to make changes or cancel the order (or part of it) free of charge, unless otherwise agreed. Please contact us for this purpose so that we can make the necessary adjustments in our system. We will always confirm the changes via email, and you can also view them in your own shopping account.

In-stock status and delivery times

On our website, each product indicates whether it is in stock and provides an estimated delivery time. For products that are not in stock, the most accurate delivery time possible is provided, but no rights can be derived from this. If you place an order containing both in-stock and out-of-stock products, we will only ship the order once all products are in stock. If you want to receive the in-stock products immediately, you can place multiple orders or indicate in the comment field that partial deliveries are welcome. If the estimated delivery time is exceeded, we will inform you in a timely manner.
