CONDUCTORS OF LONG-GRAIN COPPER/PERFECT-SURFACE COPPER

Rocket 22 uses a carefully refined blend of Long-Grain Copper (LGC) and highly pure Perfect-Surface Copper (PSC). LGC has fewer impurities and fewer internal grain connections than standard OFHC copper, while the even smoother, purer surface of PSC further removes roughness and improves clarity. All AudioQuest conductors are direction-sensitive for optimal noise suppression.

SEMI-SOLID CONCENTRIC CONDUCTORS

Semi-Solid concentric conductors are a much better performing alternative to typical braided conductors. Semi-Solid concentric conductors use fewer, larger strands that do not change position over the length of the cable. The strands maintain their fixed, rigid ratios, reducing distortion, improving resolution and dynamics, and minimizing roughness and confusion due to interaction between the strands.

Ideal for Full-Range or single-biWire configurations

Use the Rocket 11 as a full-range cable, with red (+) and black (-) conductors grouped, or, when the speakers have separate inputs for low and high tones, further optimize system performance by biwiring.

DOUBLE, LOW-INDUCTANCE, TWISTED PAIR GEOMETRY

A typical speaker cable with parallel conductors has a relatively high inductance, which spreads energy over time, resulting in a dull and unfocused sound. In Rocket 11, the two conductors in each half of the cable are twisted around each other, resulting in lower inductance, greater clarity, and superior extension of low-frequency tones to high-frequency tones.
