Short signal path
When designing the original DiDiT DAC212RCA, DiDiT chose to create an extremely short signal path in a very compact electronic circuit, with only the most essential components, in order to ensure the best possible performance. The DAC212 RCA was already originally balanced, with the Common Mode Rejection fully utilized.
Demand for XLR
Due to the high demand for XLR connections on the DiDiT DAC, DiDiT has decided to convert the DAC212 RCA to XLR. However, the design team did not simply add XLR connections and put a new model number on it. Many new techniques have been applied to ensure that the DAC sounds fully optimal.
