Dr. Feickert Volare turntable
The name Chris Feickert and analog have been synonymous since the beginning of this century. After completing his doctorate and a career in the chemical industry, 38-year-old Chris made a radical decision in 2002. He left chemistry and devoted himself entirely to music reproduction. He did this together with a legendary name in the analog world, Thomas Scheu, who has been working on designing and improving turntables, arms, and cartridges since the mid-1980s.
The Dr. Feickert Volare is the youngest in the series of turntables, but no less mature. The Volare features a completely newly developed bearing and platter and has the same electronics and motor as its larger siblings. Everything is designed in a compact housing, making a Dr. Feickert turntable now accessible to many!
With the Volare, Dr. Feickert Analogue enters a market segment where its qualities are rare. A very musical, almost plug-and-play turntable with a more than mature sound reproduction.
The Volare is supplied without a tonearm (and cartridge) and can accommodate tonearms up to 10.5 inches. The Jelco TK-850M is recommended for the Volare turntable.
At Listening Matters, we are happy to help create the most beautiful combination. The Dr. Feickert turntables are always professionally assembled by us.
