Grimm Audio LS1be
The new flagship product Grimm Audio LS1be takes the performance of the LS1 to a new level. The goal of Grimm Audio was to further improve transparency, with a focus on "authority, control, and flow". To achieve this, Grimm Audio worked on reducing distortion. The linear frequency range has also been expanded. A new Beryllium tweeter has been added, developed in collaboration with Seas. The Beryllium tweeter extends the frequency range and has 9dB less distortion than the original tweeter. Furthermore, Grimm Audio has reduced jitter, improved power supplies, worked on an exclusive component selection, and chosen silver wiring as a finishing touch.
New developments
In the low frequencies, Grimm Audio has even made an even greater improvement. The newly developed Digital Motional Feedback (DMF) subwoofer has an impressive 30 dB lower distortion, which means that the bass area is now just as transparent and fast as the mid and high frequencies.
