Functionality

Through the responsive and highly innovative ROSE OS, you have access to ROSE Tube, a selection of YouTube videos. These video clips can be played in high-resolution audio and video quality on the display of the multimedia network player and on a 4K UHD screen.

Play internet radio stations and listen to podcasts. Additionally, you can connect a CD-ROM drive via the USB port to play and rip your CD collection in the highest possible sound quality.

The player supports Spotify, Tidal, and Qobuz. Stream music via Airplay, DLNA, through ROON, or connect your digital audio component to enjoy music in incredibly high sound quality. Furthermore, the DAC is capable of converting MQA files, allowing you to fully enjoy the Tidal Master collection.

The HiFi ROSE RS150 is equipped with a high-quality Ashai Kasei VERITA AK4499EQ DAC chip. This chip offers a maximum resolution of 32-bit/768kHz PCM and Native DSD support up to DSD512. The digital engine is compatible with virtually any type of file format. Thanks to the precise Femto clock, you will experience virtually no jitter during playback. This makes the built-in DAC excellent for use as a high-quality DAC for your existing digital audio source.

This premium multimedia network player is equipped with almost every connection you could wish for. Analogously, the player has a stereo RCA line input, a stereo RCA line output, and balanced XLR outputs. Digitally, the RS150 has a coaxial S/PDIF input and output, an optical Toslink input and output, AES/EBU balanced input and output, USB audio input, HDMI input (ARC) and output, a MicroSD slot, a USB-C port, two USB 3.0 ports, and a USB port for a WiFi/Bluetooth dongle if you do not want to use the wired network connection.
