Drivers as a basis

A pair of newly developed drivers form the basis on which the Vivid Audio Giya G3 is built. By retaining the motor structure and suspension profiles of its larger siblings, the C135 is able to produce significant bass energy despite its smaller diameter. The top of the bass enclosure displays the now uniquely familiar curl of the tapered tube absorber to completely eliminate upper and lower resonances and deliver sharp, accurate bass.

In every other frequency band, the Vivid Audio Giya G3 is virtually identical in performance to the G1 and G2. The C125 alloy cone handles the low mid-frequencies, while the D50 and D26 catenary dome drivers respectively cover the mids and highs, each backed by independent exponential horns. Deviating from the design tradition of the other models, the Vivid Audio Giya G3 proudly showcases each of these absorbing horns with the low-mid horn surrounding the bass absorber horn in an elegant loop tensioned by the two smaller tubes of the mid and high frequencies.
