The Vivid Audio team is constantly working to maintain the qualities of the original Giya G1 in increasingly smaller enclosures. The Vivid Audio Giya G4 is now part of the Giya series. The G4 incorporates all the unique features of the Giya principles in a housing that is only 1 meter tall.
This step was made possible by designing two new drivers; the C100S for the low midrange, which retains the focused field radial magnet of its larger predecessor, and the C125L bass driver, which uses the extended gap design used in the rest of the Giya series, supplemented with a new 'maximum diameter surround' to achieve the greatest mechanical throw for the given cone and chassis diameter.
High frequency
Exceptional purity through the mid and high frequencies is ensured by the combination of the D50 and D26 aluminum magnesium alloy and carbon fiber dome drivers. With their patented catenary domes, these two units deliver high frequency performance well beyond the range of human hearing.
Some have asked if such a small speaker truly belongs to the Giya family, but the Vivid Audio Giya G4 embodies all the essential characteristics without compromise and delivers a result that fully deserves the name Giya.
