Watson's Record Cleaning Machine.

A record washing machine does not wash your vinyl records automatically. But it does make it a lot easier to clean vinyl records.

That is exactly what Watson's Record Cleaning Machine does: washing becomes easy, but not expensive! If only you had discovered it earlier, what a relief this device is!

Watson's Record Cleaning Machine has a stable cabinet where you attach the record. Then you can easily apply the cleaning fluid and clean the record with the included brush. If you apply more pressure to the vinyl record, Watson's record washing machine does not slow down and the record does not slip on the platter. The record is dried with a suction arm and the suction motor is powerful enough to complete the task within two rotations.

Watson's record washing machine is sturdy. The entire housing is made of aluminum and forms a robust base for all components. The platter is stable and smaller than the record. Due to its smaller size, the platter remains dry if you accidentally apply too much fluid to the record. Because of the robust bearings, the platter rotates without friction or play, even when pressure is applied.

The included record clamp is attached to the threaded shaft. It holds the record in place and prevents slipping. It rotates counterclockwise to secure it more firmly when pressure is applied to the brush or record. Moreover, it prevents - very importantly - the record label from getting wet.

The suction arm that Watson provides is intended for 12-inch vinyl records. Arms for 7-inch and 10-inch vinyl records are also available. The felt strips on the suction arm prevent damage from contact between the arm and the record. The strips are replaceable. You can adjust the suction power with the control knob.

Using the Watson is a piece of cake. Place the record on the platter and screw the record clamp onto the shaft. Rotate the platter by flipping the top switch. Apply the cleaning fluid and spread it evenly over the surface with the brush without applying pressure. Once the record is evenly covered with the fluid, apply pressure with the brush and let the record make a few rotations. The brush and fluid together provide the cleaning. Once you feel you have brushed enough, switch the bottom switch to suction mode. Within two rotations, all dirt and contamination will be sucked from the surface of the record. Once the record is dry, first switch the suction switch so that the suction arm automatically lifts up. Then turn off the turntable. Remove your record and enjoy the sound.
